Mix It Up!
1 cup gluten free organic sprouted oat flour
1 cup plain organic greek yogurt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Reishi powder
Mix it in…Eyeball/To Taste!
Hearty magical sprinkle of dried Nettles (think of it as parsley, use however much you’d like…) 🙂
Pink salt
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Topping Possibilities!
Poppy seeds, hemp seeds, pink salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black or regular sesame seeds, caraway seeds, roasted pumpkin or sunflower seeds (you can also stir in the seeds to the batter!)…make it an everything, any variation you’d like bagel!
Mix together the flour and powders! Stir in all of the eyeball/to taste things you want to add. Add yogurt and mix until smooth. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon four round scoops of batter onto parchment paper and mold it a bit, so that its bagel shape and size. You may need to put a little dry flour on top to mold, as the batter is very sticky! This will make 4 bagel halves with no holes (although you can create an indentation in the center, kind of like bialys!). Or you can use a silicone bagel/doughnut mold to have a more bagel shaped outcome. Top with your choice of yummy toppings! Bake for about 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
