Salted Hazelnut, Reishi and Chocolate Chip Keto Caramel! (Free of: Gluten, Sugar, Dairy, Sugar Alcohols)

Melt it!
1 cup Cocoa Butter
1 cup Sugar Free Sunbutter

Mix it in!
1 tsp Kiva Vanilla Bean Powder
½ tsp Reishi Powder
1 scoop Hazelnut Collagen Powder (with Lion’s Mane Mushroom!)
Monk Fruit Sweetener to taste (start with a small sprinkle and go from there!)
Pink Salt to taste
ChocZero Dark Chocolate Chips

Melt the Cocoa Butter with the Sunbutter over low heat, stirring often. Remove from heat as soon as it’s melted together. Add vanilla bean powder, Reishi powder, pink salt and sweetener. Finally, add the Collagen Powder slowly and stir well. Let cool a bit and then drop in some chocolate chips.

For a softer caramel add a higher ratio of sunbutter, for a harder candy like treat, add a higher ratio of Cocoa Butter. Pour into silicone molds or pour into a small baking dish, lined with parchment paper. Put into the fridge to cool and harden. Pop out of molds or cut the caramel into pieces, then store in a container in the fridge. Enjoy the eyes rolling into the back of your head, goodness! Sugar free does not have to be joy free!

*For a basic or vegan caramel, eliminate the hazelnut collagen powder.
*You can also make this of course, without the chocolate chips.
