(Keto, Paleo, Sugar Free, Grain Free, Sugar Alcohol Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
1 cup almond flour
½ cup cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
½ cup melted coconut oil (Options: Sub 1/2 cup melted butter or use 1/4 cup melted butter and 1/4 cup melted coconut oil)
½ teaspoon liquid stevia plus ⅓ cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
In a medium bowl add all dry ingredients and whisk to combine.
In a small bowl beat eggs then add melted coconut oil and the rest of the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Pour wet ingredients into dry and thoroughly incorporate.
Spoon mixture into silicone donut molds and place in the oven for about 15 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Once done let cool for about 5-10 minutes.
Once the donuts have cooled, add your choice of Keto frosting! I like Choczero’s Chocolate Hazelnut Spread! These donuts store well in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!!!!
