This Keto bread is fantastic! It feels super nourishing, filling and satisfying. It rocks so many benefits too… Keto, Low Carb, Gluten Free, Sweetener Free, High Protein, Yeast Free and Gum Free. Because I don’t use yeast in my recipes, the bread may not rise super high. So what I do, is cut the loaf in half and then I cut it horizontally into slices, instead of vertically. Works out great!!!
Super Delish Keto Bread!!!
1 cup Blanched Almond Flour
1/4 cup Lupin Flour
1 TBS Oat Fiber (Oat Fiber NOT Oat Flour!!!)
1 TBS Psyllium husk powder
1 TBS Baking powder
3 Large eggs
1/4 cup Half and Half (or Heavy Cream)
1/4 cup Melted Butter
2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp Salt
I like seeds in my breads so I added poppy seeds… you can also add other seeds like sesame, caraway, pumpkin or sunflower. Or omit the seeds all together, if that doesn’t excite you!
How you do:
Whisk all the dry ingredients together.
Add wet ingredients and combine well.
Spoon into parchment paper lined bread loaf pan.
Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven, at 350 degrees.
Voila! You’ve got delicious Keto bread. 🙂 Enjoy!
